Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped with 1-2 days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You will be emailed a confirmation that your order has been processed along with tracking information. Please allow between 2-14 days for your shipment to arrive depending on the service selected at checkout. All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

Shipping prices are calculated at checkout, based on the shipping service selected and order weight. We currently ship within the United States only. 

We do not currently ship furniture. All furniture and select oversized items are eligible for local delivery within the Portland, OR metropolitan area and delivered by our team to the address provided at checkout. Delivery costs are estimated by distance from our warehouse. Curbside delivery only.

General curio items are not eligible for local delivery. All other items and smaller goods are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse. If your order does not contain any items clearly marked as "Local Delivery Only" in the item description, please do not select this service at checkout.

Orders that select local delivery by mistake will be updated to ship via USPS Ground and the new payment total will be processed accordingly (notification of this change will be emailed).
